Sickness Woes

Sickness has fallen upon my household. Damn you, Gremlins of the nasal passages!

Check out my new ride...

Well, it's my wife's new ride but I can drive it occasionally. It's a Silver 2003 Honda CR-V EX. We had to upgrade to the EX model in order to get the anti-lock brakes. I think it's worth it to pay a little more money for safety... oh, and the moon roof, 6 speaker stereo system (instead of 4) with 6 CD changer, tinted windows, keyless entry, and allow wheels. But I'm willing to live with those extra features in order for my family to be safe.

Bask in its majesty.

Dating and Kindergarten

Jack Handy said, "The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face."

Tonight at supper, my son, who recently started Kindergarten, said concerning his friend Kenndra, also a Kindergartener, "You know Kenndra's boyfriend, John? Well, he needs to get a new girlfriend."

And so it begins...

Much like suffocating...

Ooo... nothing like the sounds of Chevelle to get you moving and motivated at the beginning of the work day. Shall I say, "Coffee replacement?"

Milestones: Sept 3

Today is a milestone in the life of my family; my son Ryan started Kindergarten and my daughter turned six months old. Coincidentally, my 30th birthday is five months from today. I could either look at this milestone as "dag, yo, I'm getting old" or "It's cool to see my children grow up." I'll try to focus on the latter.
