Me Want Sleepy! Me Need Nappy!

After a couple visits to the doctor, some phone calls, and an over-night visit to a sleep clinic, I found out I've been served a double cocktail of Sleep Apnea and Epstein-Barr Syndrome. The cruel irony is that the best remedy for the Epstein-Barr virus is sleep and rest but Sleep Apnea prevents me from getting the sleep that I need.

Now, I'm faced with the decision to wear a mask every night to keep my breathing so I can actually tool around in the deep sleep stage for a little while. A bonus for my wife and the neighborhood is that it would eliminate my snoring. I think I will explore some surgical options because I'm not too thrilled about going to sleep every night feeling like I'm being smothered by an octopus.
