I have become...

Today I became "cell phone on my belt guy." It's a sad day. At last the sounds of "Talk Dirty to Me" won't be unrequited in my pants pocket.

Also, according to Ryan, his mom will turn weird when he becomes a teenager.

Things I did this afternoon

• Fixed my garage door and averted such disasters as crushing any member of my immediate family, having to replace my garage door, and having to replace my family.
• Was allowed to take a "mega"-sized coffee at the "grande" price because they were going to throw it out after I left because they were closing for the rest of the afternoon. Score!
• Passed the time sitting on the toilet by reading the label of a bottle of Pepto Bismol (which isn't mine and I wasn't using, by the way).
• Temporarily switched browsers from the Avant Browser (based on the IE engine... full o' holes!) to the new and improved Mozilla Firefox.
• Looked at the mug on my desk containing the hard, crusty remains of six-week-old tea that I never finished wondering how hard it will be to clean.

New Bass

After many months of pondering, looking, longing, searching, pining, yearning, and pointing and clicking, I have purchased a new ax in my aresenal of musical instruments. It's the Yamaha RBX775. As you can see, I chose Flat Silver over Flat Blue and Black. The price was ridiculously cheap... less than a third off the original list price. I couldn't pass it up. Ooo and Ahh at the picture.
